The Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr Adel Al-Adwani, on Sunday approved the plan of foreign missions for students with secondary education in public and private education, as registration will begin via the Ministry’s website from June 1 to July 2. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education in charge, Lamia Al-Mehlam, said in a press release that the minister approved the plan of foreign missions for the years 2024–2025, explaining that the plan was prepared in line with the requirements of government and private entities and the recommendations of the Civil Service Bureau.

The plan is diverse and includes several specialties in various countries in order to diversify the educational outputs with the requirements of the state development plan, pointing out that the Ministry has concluded new scholarship agreements in the specialty of human medicine based on the needs of the state medical specialties. The Ministry urged students applying for registration in the Ministry’s foreign missions plan to review the offered specialties and the conditions for registration on the Ministry’s website. The student can take the IELTS test after admission to the mission.
