Al-Jawhara team has designed a new UV-system for our online fully automated production lines to sterilize and disinfect our products to protect workers, employees, and customers from getting cross infected.

We have added to the system a disinfection stage using UV-C type technology with 254nm wavelength to disinfect paper surfaces exposed to contaminated air and hands all over the day and working time. It’s used to disinfect surfaces in hotels and hospital rooms, factories, supermarkets, restaurants, and working places.

The intensity of light and duration of time of exposure was calculated by our experts according to geometrical factors of surfaces and machines speed to achieve desirable results of disinfection
