Material specification: High tensile steel.

Chassis:  All welded construction comprising of 2 nos. of high tensile steel fabricated or rolled I-Beam. The sections are so chosen to provide maximum load-bearing capacity & ensure maximum torsional stability.

Hopper: full welded cone construction with additional outside support to provide maximum load-bearing capacity.

Door: Hopper bottom door has hydraulic closing & opening facilities.

King Pin: 2” Kingpin complying with ISO standards. Make: JOST, FUWA, or equivalent

Landing Leg: Two-speed landing legs. Make: JOST, FUWA, or equivalent

Axle/ Suspension type: Mechanical leaf VB type, Air suspension in Tandem or Tridem configuration as per customer requirement.

Tyre: As per customer requirement & suitable for load capacity.

Brakes type: WABCO German brakes, are internal expanding shoe type and s-cam quick-change types with life liners.

Painting:
• Internal: Grit blasted followed by epoxy painting system
• External: One coat of primer followed by synthetic enamel painting system with under chassis in Black color and body to customer choice
